Granny Throw!

No, I don't mean throw your Granny!! I just finished my Granny square throw and I love the way it turned out!! Such a great and easy pattern. http://www.redheart.com/free-patterns/weekend-granny-throw
I stayed with the requested colors that the pattern wanted...and the thicker yarn worked really well...ordered it online since I didn't see it at Michael's or JoAnn's.

An easy crochet for sure! Something to do while watching tv!!

I have been thinking of makign one of these. When life settles down ( hopefully SOON) I think I will give it a try. I might need a different yarn, since I am thinking BRIGHT colors, which I am sure will life my spirits!!!!

Funny, I needed these calming colors...the yarn used wasn't at Michael's and ordered it via Beverly's online.

So beautiful!! It reminds me of one my sister made my Mother years ago. I loved snuggling up in it. I wonder which of my sisters has it.

Anacapa Knits,

Thank you so much!! I did knit it in the expensive yarn, but can only imagine how lush it would be in a bulky alpaca blend!! Or soft Merino!
